Just Visser is a graphic designer currently based in Haarlem. He is studying graphic design at the Willem de Kooning Academy in Rotterdam.

His earlier background was rooted in commercial work, but he has since stepped away to work towards a process-driven approach. Lately, his practice centers on minimal editorial design and tactile typography, by combining analog and digital techniques. Alongside his individual practice, he is currently building the collaborative design studio de kwartier.

An experimental publication exploring the groove and club culture. The project combines archival material about this scene. The book is structured around an embedded 7” of Musique Non Stop by Kraftwerk, treating the record as both object and concept. Featuring references to clubs such as RoXY and Paradise Garage. The project translates sound and community into an editorial experience.
